A Little/Lot About Me....

(Off to a friend's wedding back in August - hair and make-up took far longer than ANYONE should spend on such a pursuit!)

1. Do you have a middle name? I do, my middle name is actually Main. I dislike my surname, so I drop it for most unofficial things, and promote my middle name to surname!

2. What was your favourite subject in school? I loved history, and French. Possibly the two I paid the most attention in, and that’s saying something.

3. What’s your favourite drink? I love a vodka, lime and lemonade or a Disaronno and Coke. Soft drink-wise, I’d say Irn Bru!

4. Favourite song at the moment? Way too hard to choose...according to my “Most Played” on my phone, it’s Kodaline – High Hopes. But there are always those sentimental songs, and passing fads. For the former, I’d say anything by the Black Keys (I met my boyfriend at their gig) and the latter, I have a guilty thing for Miley Cyrus’ latests.

5. What would you name your children? I have ideas in mind, that have changed and evolved asI’ve gotten older. I think I’d like relatively traditional names for my children as I really don’t like how unique mine is.

6. Do you participate in any sports? Aside from the gym, not really. Fighting for a seat on the bus?!

7. Favourite Book? I’ve just read the follow-up to the Devil Wears Prada – Revenge Wears Prada by Lauren Weisberger. I love a mixture of mindless reads and crime novels.

8. Favourite Colour? Purple...I even dyed the bottom of my hair in the hue!

9. Favourite Animal? I love me a little micropig.

10. Favourite perfume? I’m wearing Ghost Moonlight at the moment, and I love it. Though it fades a little fast for my liking.

11. Favourite holiday? Going on holiday is a relatively new experience for me – I went for my first holiday last year to Marmaris, Turkey with the bestests. Since then Mr and I spent a few days going around Northern Italy  - Madrid, Verona and Venice, and we visited Amsterdam for a gig. I have a couple of hols booked next year which I can SO EXCITED for!

12. Have you graduated High School? I left after my 5^th year in 2007 to start the job I’m still in today.

13. Have you been out of the Country? As previously mentioned, I’ve hit Turkey, Italy and The Netherlands. There’s so much of the world I still have to and fully intend to see.

14. Do you speak any other Languages? Not fluently, mais un peu Francais.

15. Do you have any siblings? I have two elder sisters.

16. What’s your favourite store? I tend to find most things I’m looking for in New Look or Debenhams.

17. Favourite Restaurant? I could eat at Frankie and Benny’s, TGIs or Chiquitos ANY day of the week! NOM!

18. Did you like school? I was a pretty bad student, I did love to learn but I was too lazy at the time to do so. I wish I had gone on to university when I left high school. And I know it’s not too late, but I feel I missed the boat.

19. Favourite YouTubers? Youtube used to be a total obsession for me, but now I have to try and make time to catch up with my favourite Youtubers...however, they've been the same ladies from the start...those responsible for my ever-growing make-up collection. I love Fleur De Force, MissGlamorazzi, xSparkage and JulieG713. And I have a MASSIVE crush on the stunning Melissa Danielle

20. Favourite Movie? Without a doubt, Coyote Ugly. “I’ve never had anyone stare at my ass for half an hour. So I’m gonna say Goodnight, and I’m hoping that you’re going to say it back!”

21. Favourite Tv show? Family Guy appeals to my sense of humour completely. I also love HIMYM, and I’ve just gotten into Breaking Bad.

22. Pc or Mac? PeeCee. J

23. What phone do you have? I have and love my Samsung Galaxy S4. I’m a recent Apple convert, and I DO NOT regret it one iota.

24. How tall are you? I am a measly 5’4”. J

25. What do you order at Starbucks? I like a caramel latte, either iced or hot. I always look forward to the holiday drinks J

26. One thing in your closet you cannot live without? Despite my height, I wear flats, namely ballet pumps ALL THE TIME.

27. What’s one thing most people probably don’t know about you? I'm terrified of the dark. My sister and I shared a room for most of my childhood (she's 7 years older than me) and we used to fall asleep with our T.V. on each night. I need the T.V. or a lamp on to feel safe. I just know there's monsters in the shadows...

28. Name one thing you want to do before you die… Make an impact, somehow, to someone.

29. What’s one food you cannot live without? Cheese. It just goes with and on everything.

30. What quote/phrase do you live by? "Breathe" - not really a phrase, but I have it tattooed on my wrist. And I try to remember to do it every once in a while...:) I'll do a little blog post about my tattoo shortly.

31. Favourite number? 13 – I was born on the 13^th J And I like to be controversial.

32. A Pet Peeve? Whistling, I HATE whistling, worst noise ever! It's not necessary, it doesn't sound good and I really don't like people whistling along to the radio. Mister knows this and loves nothing better than to whistle on a long road trip! ARGH!!






33. Guilty Pleasures? Westlife. Given I attended Download festival this year, and primarily listen to a lot of rock/metal music...these guys don't fit in with my "image" but DEAR GOD do I love 'em.
